Bal Thackeray, in his distinctive orange clothing, pictured with Tamil superstar Rajinikanth. Mr Thackeray died of a prolonged illness at home in Mumbai on November 17 aged 86. 

Surely the rarest of rare photos: Bal Thackeray, his grandson Aditya and other children with pop star Michael Jackson who visited Matoshree in 1996. MJ died in 2009.
