India Pakistan Partition 1947 A sad day in History The Partition of India and Pakistan which took place on 14th August, 1947 is still known as the WORLD’S BIGGEST MIGRATION OF HUMAN BEING ON EARTH, where Over 1 million people migrated from India to Pakistan Millions left for their promised new homeland with smiles on their faces as trains left both India and Pakistan.

Over 10 million people were uprooted from their homeland and travelled on foot, bullock carts and trains to their promised new home.
