لوٹ کھسوٹ انسانيت کی توھين آپ کے نام پر کڑوروں روپے بيرون ملک سے آتا ھے جو نامونھاد اين جی او کے لوگ کھا رھے ھيں ھر اين جی او کا آڈٹ کرنا ھو گا جو لوگ اس ميں ملوث ھيں ان کو سرےعام پھانسی دينی ھو گی
آپ ديکھں سيلاب زدگان زلزلے کے متاسرين سب کے نام پر اربوں روپے ھڑپ کر لئے کون ھم پر اعتبار کرے گا
کراچی کے بازار ميں ھزاروں چيزيں بک رھی ھيں جو اين جی او کو مفت تقسيم کے لئے ملی گھی کے ڈبے جن پر امدادی مارک ھيں
کيا وجہ ھے گورنمنٹ اس طرف توجہ نھيں ديتی
یو ايس ايڈ کے اشتھار ديکھيں وھاں بھی فراڈ کيا صرف آڈٹ اس کا حل ھے ان کو سزا کون دے گا
آجکل نيب یو ايس ايڈ ميں فراڈ کی تحقيق کر رھی ھے ايک امريکن فل کولگن ملک سے فرار دوسرا سليم باز خان جس سے نيب تحقيق کر رھی ھے
ايسے ايک اور کيس ميں نادر خان جو ايک فرم پاک کميونٹی آرگنائزيشن چلا رھا تھا اب ايف آئی اے کی حراست ميں ھے اس نے اپنے ملازمين کے پيسے اور امداد کے پيسے ھڑپ کر لئے اس نے تين سو پچيس ملازمين سے دس ھزار فی فرد کے حساب سے لئے
بچوں کے دودھ کے ڈبے اور مختلف اشيئا بازارو
ں ميں بک رھی ھيں

ھميں فيصلہ کرنا ھے غلط لوگ کيا صرف حکومت ميں ھيں
يے اين جی او سوويت يونين کے ٹوٹنے پر سامنے آئی يے سياستدان اور بيوروکريٹ کی جعلی فرميں ھيں کل تک جو لوگ بایسکل پر تھے آج شاندار گاڑياں ھيں
صرف بيس فيصد کام کر رھی ھيں باقی فراڈ
سروے کے مطابق پنجاب ميں چار ھزار سندھ ميں تين ھزار تين سو کے پی کے ميں تين سو نو اور بلوچستان ميں دو سو چھياسی آزاد کشمير ميں بانوے فراڈ
آگے بڑھيں اور ان لوگوں کی نشاندھی کريں
اگر يے فنڈز کا غلط استعمال کر رھے ھيں تو ان ی نشاندھی کريں

ReplyDeleteI would support your stance on conducting an audit for the transparency in NGOs. However, I would strongly disagree with the tone and the you have adopted in your "blog". An ordinary reader like me gets an impression from your blog that whatever NGOs are doing is wrong and there is a need to put stop to their activities. Base on firts hand experience with some of the NGOs I can tell you that everything is not that "rotten in denmark (in this case say Pakistani NGOs). Your stance on the increasing number of NGO being an alarming thing is also completely misleading and probably based on lack of knowledge of this sector. You must know that UK being almost 5 times lesser in population and many time lesser geographically and dozens time wealthy than Pakistan has got more that 80000 registered charity organizations. So few thousand in Pakistan is nothing to be much worried about. India has surely dozen time more NGO only in the southern states as compared to the total number of NGOs in Pakistan.
And my last question from you is that who is going to conduct audit of the NGOs. You and me know quite well that in Pakistan big institutions like banks and and airlines, who are earning billions, don not let audit conducted form independent auditors then why and how audit of NGOs who are dealing with only Lakhs and at times millions will be conducted. And you and I also know about the quality of audit conducted in this country. Haven't we seen that impressive audit reports have made many millions Pakistani to invest the in Ponzi schemes. Millions have lost earnings of their lifetimes, but not a single auditors who signed the fack balance seat has been brought to court for his collusion with the fraudsters. If you are insisting on transparency in NGOs then you also need to devise a method to refrain the auditors from becoming part of the corruption.
