IS MUHAJIR SOOBA NECESSARY

Karachi: Nowadays, there is much been discussed about the creation of new provinces across the country. The call for new provinces that initiated from the demand ofBahawalpur province in the past, followed with the call for Hazara Province and now the clock needle is stitched at the fresh call for Muhajir Province that have spread out rapidly like a fire all over the province. A new party named ‘Muhajir Sooba Tehreek” led by Dr. Salim Haider demanding Muhajir Province has come out from the back of curtain, after so many years claiming all the rights and taking all the responsibilities of Mohajirs (Migrants from India) on its shoulders.

Nevertheless, the call has also met with wide criticism and disagreement, considerably by the opposition of the major political party of Karachi ‘MQM’, who is evidently the biggest party of Mohajirs across Pakistan.  Sindh Nationalist Parties and PPP have also shown concern over the call and demands for new province in Sindh and have condemned such calls.
The point to ponder is that, is it really the solution to the problems faced by any community around Pakistan? Will the creation of new provinces guarantees the solution of every problem faced by Mohajirs, Seraikis or Hazaras or any other ‘community’? Or the problem lies in the system, the Democratic, Capitalist system??

One should keep in mind the current scenario of Pakistan and the Muslims all over the world and must give a thought to the actual issues, Pakistan and the Islamic world is facing currently. If anyone reaches out on the conclusion that Yes the creation of Muhajir Sooba or any other province is the only solution, then he must work accordingly. But he/she must think once, he would be asked in the hereafter about each and every action of his/her, so you must keep in mind each and every aspect of your action.
